I have been interested for a long time during my working life in providing business consulting and I have finally found the right way for me to do it in the form of Agile. During my studies I developed a strong interest in numbers and in the finance field in general. I have always thought that this would be the right career path for me, however after experiencing working in various finance departments, doing different roles I have realized that what I enjoy the most in this area is analytical thinking. Critical thinking is also a crucial part of Agile and I am eager to gain more experience and work on business cases together with companies using the art of Agile management. And what I enjoy the most during my free time is reading, occasional sports and travelling - especially the last one can be also incorporated into my business life as well when working with international clients.

I am young professional who has been interested for a long time to provide management consulting to project managers and help them develop the business cases together with their teams. After working several years in a classical management setting I have got the opportunity to work in an agile environment that would fit perfectly my managerial skills together with my personal qualities and competences. The IT industry gave me the chance to experience project management in a totally different way - the art of agile management. Working in an agile environment can be at times challenging but it also brings along satisfaction and fun. Very often I compare my daily work with my favourite hobby, sports. Since I was a child I was involved in several sports and I could see the way athletes adapt to different situations during a game of football or tennis. Combining my experience as an active child with the work that I do motivates me every day to constantly improve my skills. The concept of agile is where I find myself at home - focusing on continuous development and finding ways to improve processes and make them as efficient as possible.

Creativity paired with business thinking is something typical of both my professional and also academical career. During the business administration studies (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and also Digital Art (University of Applied Arts, Vienna) I was working in TV advertisement, movies and on online projects, since 1998. Over time web development has become my main focus. That is how I became a co-founder of a startup in Vienna, 2008-2012. In the meanwhile, and also afterwards, i was involved in several big projects, in the roles of project manager, team lead, product manager, product owner. The continuous development of complex online projects has finally led me to the discovery of agile skills, which I live up to, as a convinced agilist. When coaching others on their agile way, my lengthy experience from many different roles and projects comes in handy. Typical for my actions is a pragmatical approach while being focused towards achieving the goal. It comes together with an infectious optimism and leadership quality to pick up others, to include them on our collective journey, which qualifies me as an “servant leader”.
